The first in our new Smoke & Oak series, our Rauch Malt Whisky includes beechwood smoked malt. Rauch malt is traditionally used in German Rauch biers. The beechwood smoke comes through subtly in both aroma and flavour. After distillation, the new-make is aged in once-used American White Oak barrels for four years.
