An intense gold colour and intentionally cloudy as the wine is unfined, unfiltered and produced in a skin-contact style. The nose displays exotic lychee fruit, ripe pear and golden raisins. The palate tastes very natural, with notes of honey, pear, peach cobbler, hay, almond and grapefruit pith on the finish. Good acidity and nice length.
Aged in French oak barrels for 8 months.
