A white blend of 5 grapes: 49% Pinot Gris, 19% Viognier, 12% Chardonnay, 14% Gewurztraminer and 6% Late-harvest Riesling. A combination of barrel and stainless steel fermentation.
A medium straw colour with tropical aromas of guava, papaya, and lime citrus. On the palate there is a slight effervescence and you’ll find the wine dry with tropical fruits.
