Dark, rich and savoury red berry fruit. Intense plum and herbs with fresh acidity and a long dry and moreish finish
This is from 1 acre on Matt’s property planted in 2004 and currently undergoing organic conversion. The vineyard has a huge wild apricot tree on the west hill.
