This vintage we decided not to do skin contact with the Pinot Blanc from Martha’s Vineyard and we couldn’t be happier with the results. This elegant bubble has dried apricot and lemon curd on the palate with a whisper of soft raisin on the finish. A traditional method bubble to sip all day long this summer.
