Using organic Gewürztraminer (aka “gew”), the destemmed fruit was in contact with the skins for 10 days before being pressed off and added to Mariani Clone 787 Gamay Noir for a co-ferment.
The result is a very aromatic nose with a grippy, textural palate of stone fruit. This dark pink, bone-dry bubble is delightful on its own or with heartier üoods that a light red would complement.
