Made from Braeburn and Pink Lady apples, spending 2 weeks macerating before being mashed, pressed, and fermented in neutral oak. Blended with hand-harvested chardonnay and a touch of organic dandelion rounds out what is sure to be the most unique but delightful wine of the summer!
Fresh, textured, with a lovely honeyed apricot note from the skin-ferment Viognier, I love how hand crafted this wine feels. The Chardonnay musqué brings beautiful aromatics.
