Gewürztraminer is hand-harvested from an organic site in Summerland. Remaining varieties were grown at an organic site in Abbotsford. Hand-harvested, destemmed, spontaneous fermentation with wild ambient yeast.
Highly expressive with explosive aromatics of papaya & guava, orange and pink starburst, baked pineapple & peaches and cream. The palate follows with more sour tropical notes, subtle spiced pineapple and tangerine pith.
