Organically grown on a small site in Abbotsford, two acres of several hybrid varieties planted in the early & mid 90’s.
Grapes are hand-harvested, placed in a steel tank whole cluster for a nine day carbonic maceration. Lightly pressed into steel, 7 months on heavy lees. Zero additions.
Expressive rosé style skin contact wine bursting with nectarine, watermelon jolly rancher and mango pulp. Subtle candied cherry & apple with a slight spiced citrus note lingering on the nose.
Light-bodied, dry.
