Skin Fermented, 8.5 months in neutral oak, stainless barrels and amphora
Bright copper in the glass with spiced aromas of shaved ginger, fresh tarragon, white pepper, yellow plums and citrus peel transitioning to sun tea and baked mango. The pallet is medium to medium plus in weight but still displays the freshness and purity from the vintage. Serve with a slight chill.
