Only the best vintages allow us to make our P+G. Crafted in the tradition of Burgundy’s Passe-Tout-Grains, our P+G is made from Pinot Noir and Gamay Noir grapes grown in the Cowichan Valley.
Aged for 2 years in neutral French oak. Unfined and unfiltered.
