Pinot Noir grapes from Anthony’s winery in Kaleden and the Bicego Vineyard. Destemmed and no crushing to open top tanks. Spontaneous fermentation. Aged 12 months in 20% new French Oak and 80% Neutral barriques. Unfined and Unfiltered.
Notes of raspberry, cherry and clove on the nose and hints of cranberry, dried herbs and spice. Mineral undertones with a lush mouthfeel followed by silky fine tannins.
