Was fermented whole cluster (semi-carbonic).
Fermentation: Wild yeast, 4 weeks on skins, foot tread twice per day
Malolactic: Yes, natural bacteria
Aging: 9 months in 59% Amphora, 22% Neutral Oak, 19% Concrete
 
Lively notes of tea leaf, mango, guava and ripe kiwi fruit from start to finish. The core of the wine has depth with intense fruit, character and a bit of grip from the whole cluster portion. The finish is bright, long and juicy.
