As stewards of the land, the Buchanan family focuses on organic and regenerative farming practices which aim to leave the land better than they found it. Their wines are fermented by ambient yeast which is naturally present in the vineyards and cellar, and they don't use any enzymes, tannins or other products to manipulate their wines.
